POPULAR: With over 100 stalls, the Ramadan bazaar at Stadium Perak attracts a large crowd
IPOH: HUNDREDS of food stalls have turned the Perak Stadium's car park here into a food paradise in conjunction with Ramadan.
Traders selling all kinds of food ranging from traditional Malay fare such as nasi ulam and nasi kerabu to all-time favourites like grilled barbecue lamb and a variety of home-made kuih are sold on a daily basis.
Perak's signature beef curry -- rendang tok -- is available with lemang, gulai kawah (traditional Malay beef stew) and serunding (dried strands of shredded beef or chicken).
Chinese and Indian food such as yong tau fu (stuffed bean curd) and pottukadale (roasted chickpeas) are a crowd-favourite.
