FOR a taste of Sarawak’s cuisine and culture, stop by for lunch or dinner at Makan Kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Kuala Lumpur, which is hosting the Exotic Sarawak Festival from now until Nov 27.
Besides serving authentic Sarawak cuisine, the restaurant is also offering diners their regular Malay, Chinese and Indian specialities.
To ensure that the Sarawakian dishes stay true to their original taste, guest chefs from Borneo Convention Centre Kuching,
Antija Dawen and Binyas Suem, both Bidayuh, are at hand to prepare some 30 specialities, including condiments and desserts.
