Asia's first Legoland is ready to open on September 15 in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The theme park is dedicated to the popular toy building bricks. Legoland theme park in Malaysia will include 40 rides, shows and attractions as well as interactive features that will allow its visitors to
build, pedal, steer and splash. The 76 acre (30 hectare) theme park will cater to children from 2 to 12 with roller coasters, racing cars and dedicated to the family.
The main highlight of the park is Miniland, where Asian landmarks have been recreated using more than 30 million Lego bricks. The interactive world at a 1:20 scale includes people, trains and airplanes.

According to Siegfried Boerst, general manager of Legoland in Malaysia, the park includes 50 million Lego bricks and models.
The first Legoland opened in 1968 in Billund in Denmark and today the Lego-themed parks count five locations including Windsor (UK), Gunzrburg (Germany), Carlsbad (near San Diego, California) and Winter Haven (near Tampa or Orlando,Florida).
