Khmer kitchen. The company offers a private Khmer cooking class at the Knai
Bang Chat resort in a beautiful seafront restaurant where chefs create menus
featuring Khmer cuisine, a cuisine known for its combinations of fresh spices,
contrasting flavors and textures.
